Overview of position : Reportable to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all compliance-related requirements within the Human Resources Department.

This may include but is not limited to physical examinations, TB tests, professional certifications / licensure, Criminal Background Checks, etc.

This employee will also oversee employee health (LOA, FMLA, return to work excuses), all benefits, the Safety Committee, Worker's Compensation, employee evaluations, and performance measures.

The overall goal of this position is to provide administrative support to the Department of Human Resources to ensure compliance with all applicable personnel regulations and legal requirements.

This position will support the agency's personnel in meeting our mission, visions, and core values.

Requirements : This job requires a combination of two (2) years of education and / or experience in Human Resources and / or related administrative job tasks.

Direct experience working in Human Resources is preferred. Experience working with ODP or services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is also preferred.

Have or be willing to obtain Act 33 / 34 Clearance and other related clearances.
